APPLICATION PROCESS
YOUR APPLICATION IS THE FIRST STEP
If you are interested in a direct entry, we are looking forward to receiving your application. This should consist of a cover letter, in which you introduce yourself and explain your motivation. In addition, we need a CV and a current photo. Please attach copies of your education certificates (university entrance qualification, doctorate), internship certificates and work certificates.
CONFIDENTIALITY IS GUARANTEED
You can send us your complete documents by post or by e-mail. If you decide to apply by e-mail, we would ask you to attach the attachments in a summarized PDF document. All documents will be treated confidentially by us. They are not stored, copied, passed on to third parties or used for other purposes.
FALL CASES FOR A GET TO KNOW
Within two weeks after receipt of your documents you will receive a message from us. Qualified candidates are invited to a first round of talks. In up to three individual talks, experienced consultants from DRICON will discuss cases with you from our consulting practice. Here you can prove your analytical thinking, your judgment and your creativity. Since the case studies are based on real projects carried out by DRICON, you also get to know the work of our project teams.
DIRECT FEEDBACK IN THE SECOND TALK
If our consultants have received a positive impression from you, you will be invited to a second round of talks. DRICON's managers or managing partners then participate in this. In the second round, we will provide you with some tasks from the consulting practice that you have to solve on your own. This enables us to test your communication skills and your performance. You will be informed on the same day whether we would like to invite you to a further meeting or to make an offer for you.
