Your career path at DRICON is clearly defined. It includes the steps from the Associate to the Managing Partner. Each position requires specific skills and knowledge that are internally defined. In order to develop these, we support you through targeted coaching, intensive "Training on the Job" and regular project interviews. Depending on your individual development, there is a period of approximately two to three years between the individual career steps.


WE SUPPORT YOUR LEARNING CURVE

We want you to have a steep learning curve and to develop quickly. For this reason, we employ our consultants in frequently changing tasks and team constellations. Limited project running times help you to get to know a wide range of industries and companies in a comparatively short time. The majority of our projects have an international character. This gives you the opportunity to gain early experience abroad.

YOUR PERFORMANCE IS REFLECTED

You will often receive feedback on your work. Firstly in the daily cooperation with the project leader and the team members. Once a year, formal evaluation meetings are held with the Management Board. The basis for this is an assessment catalog binding for all employees. The criteria include, for example, methodological knowledge, creativity, client behavior and the project results. Within the scope of the discussion the further development steps are planned jointly.

Our maxim is: Whoever contributes to success should also participate in the success. That is why we have established a performance-oriented reward system. Already the associates and consultants can earn bonuses besides the basic salary. The prerequisite for this is the achievement of agreed performance targets. The variable salary component of a senior consultant is significantly higher. It depends on the respective project results and its contributions to the further development of customers.
